GET FOUND · BRAND & POSITIONING

A brand positioning consultant who makes it obvious who you are for.

When your positioning is fuzzy, every other marketing pound works harder for less. I make it obvious who you are for and why you are the right choice, then carry it through your messaging and brand, so the right clients recognise themselves and the wrong ones stop wasting your time.

Positioning is upstream of everything.
Positioning is the decision about who you are for, the problem you solve better than anyone, and why that matters. A new logo does not fix a business that cannot answer those questions. Branding is how you look and sound; positioning is the strategy underneath it. Get the positioning right and search, content, demand generation, and sales all get easier at once, because the right people self-select. Get it wrong and you pay for that confusion everywhere, in higher ad costs, weaker conversion, and longer sales cycles. That is why I start here, before a single design decision.
WHAT I DO

From fuzzy to unmistakable.

A brand positioning engagement should change results, not just refresh a colour palette. Here is the work that does it.

Positioning

Who you are for, the problem you own, and why you win, made clear enough to act on across the whole business.

Messaging

The words that carry the positioning, from the homepage headline to the sales conversation, consistent everywhere.

Audience & Differentiation

A clear-eyed look at your market and rivals, so you claim ground that is actually yours to own.

Rebranding

Where it is warranted, a rebrand that starts from positioning, not a logo, so the change means something.

Brand System

The voice, look, and rules that keep you consistent as more people create on your behalf.

Rollout

Carrying the new positioning into the site, content, and search so it actually reaches the market.
REBRANDING, DONE RIGHT

A rebrand should start from strategy, not a logo.

Most rebrands fail because they begin with the visuals and never touch the strategy. A new logo on the same confused positioning just spreads the confusion more attractively. I run rebranding services the other way around: clarify who you are for and why you win first, then let the name, voice, and look express that decision. The result is a brand that does work, attracting the right clients and repelling the wrong ones, rather than a cosmetic refresh that changes nothing about your pipeline.
I have led this in practice, driving a rebranding initiative that lifted market presence and brand identity, then using the new clarity to grow organic traffic and conversions. Positioning first, results after.

WHO NEEDS THIS

When positioning is the bottleneck.

If your marketing feels expensive and slow, the problem is often upstream. A few signs you need a positioning consultant rather than more campaigns: prospects cannot quickly say what you do or who you are for, you keep competing on price, your best clients look nothing like most of your leads, or a redesign made you look better without changing results. Each of those is a positioning problem wearing a marketing costume, and clarifying the strategy underneath fixes the symptom far more cheaply than another campaign would.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Brand and positioning, answered plainly.

What does a brand positioning consultant do?

Decides who you are for, the problem you solve better than anyone, and why it matters, then carries it into your messaging and brand. It is the foundation that makes every other marketing investment more efficient.

Do you offer rebranding services?

Yes. I have led rebranding initiatives that lifted market presence and clarified identity. A rebrand should start from positioning, not a new logo, so the change means something.

How does positioning connect to revenue?

It makes demand generation cheaper, search and AI visibility sharper, and sales easier, because the right clients self-select and the wrong ones stop wasting your time.

How is positioning different from branding?

Branding is how you look and sound. Positioning is the strategic decision underneath: who you are for and why you win. Positioning first, brand second, is what changes results.

Who is positioning most valuable for?

Service businesses, B2B technology, and professional services firms that sell expertise feel it most, because their buyers choose on trust and clarity rather than price. When several rivals look the same, the one with the sharpest positioning wins the shortlist and shortens the sale.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A decision your whole business can run on.

A positioning engagement is not a slide deck that gets admired and forgotten. You walk away with a clear statement of who you are for and why you win, the core messaging that carries it, and the practical guidance to put it everywhere: your homepage, your sales conversations, your search and AI content, and any agencies or freelancers creating on your behalf. Where a rebrand is warranted, you also get a name, voice, and look that express the strategy rather than decorate around it. The point is a single, durable decision that makes every future marketing choice faster and cheaper, because you finally know exactly who you are talking to and why they should choose you.
