Business consulting is the CairnsCom service for growing businesses and startups that need the whole revenue engine built or fixed: positioning, systems, sales, and marketing, joined up and pointed at revenue. I am Tom Cairns, a business consultant working from Dallas, Texas and Valencia, Spain with owners and leadership teams across the US, UK, and EU. Established businesses come to me when growth has stalled and the pieces do not connect. Startups come to me to build the engine from zero, which I have done myself, taking one from a small office to 200-plus people.
