RUN BETTER ยท SYSTEMS & PROCESS

The right tools, joined up, so nothing leaks.

As a business systems and process consultant I build the right-sized technology stack and the processes around it, so your business runs cleanly and scales without breaking. Grounded in ITIL service management and a career building business systems, not just talking about them.

Most growth problems are really plumbing problems.
Too many tools that do not talk to each other. Data nobody trusts. A process that only one person understands. These are the quiet drags on a growing business, and no amount of extra marketing fixes them. I came up through the technology and the systems before I ever marketed anything, with ITIL service management training behind me, so I can see the whole machine and make the parts connect. When the plumbing works, the water actually reaches the tap, and the revenue you generate upstream stops disappearing before it counts.
WHAT I DO

A clean, right-sized operating backbone.

Business systems consulting is only useful if the business runs better afterward. Every piece of this is built so your team can rely on the system, and so it scales without falling over.

Stack Design

The right tools for your size and stage, chosen to do the job without bloat, overlap, or lock-in.

Process Design

How work actually flows, designed and documented so it does not live in one person's head.

Integration

Your tools connected so data flows automatically, without manual re-entry or copy and paste.

Data Hygiene

Clean, structured, trustworthy data, so reporting reflects reality and decisions are sound.

Compliance-Aware Setup

Systems built with privacy and compliance in mind, including HIPAA-aware setups for clinical practices.

Documentation

Clear documentation and handover, so your team can run the machine without depending on me forever.
GROUNDED IN ITIL

Built by someone who ran the systems, not just bought them.

Before I ever sold or marketed anything, I looked after the technology itself: networks, servers, and hundreds of machines across multiple offices, with ITIL service management and project management training to run it as a reliable service. That background is rare in someone who also does marketing and revenue, and it is exactly why the systems I build hold up. I do not bolt tools together and hope. I design the stack and the process the way an IT service is designed, then document it so it survives staff changes and growth.
In practice that has meant building real infrastructure for real businesses, including the move of a clinical practice off a consumer platform onto a controlled, HIPAA-compliant Microsoft environment, migrating sensitive data across many systems without losing any of it. When the backbone is built properly, everything you do on top of it, marketing, sales, service, gets faster, cleaner, and easier to trust.

HOW IT WORKS

See the whole machine. Then make it run.

Audit
I look at the whole system: the tools, the data, the process, and the people running it.
Design
A right-sized stack and clear processes, designed around how your business actually works.
Implement
Systems built and connected, data cleaned, and the team trained to use it properly.
Document
Everything documented and handed over, so the machine keeps running without me.
WHO NEEDS THIS

When the tools are fighting the business.

You probably need a systems and process consultant when the symptoms are operational rather than creative: you are paying for tools that overlap or barely get used, the same data lives in three places and none of them agree, onboarding a new hire means shadowing one person who knows how everything works, or a report you need takes a day of manual stitching. Those are not reasons to spend more on growth, because growth will only pour more volume into a broken machine. They are reasons to fix the machine first, so that every marketing and sales effort after that runs cleanly and nothing valuable leaks out the gaps.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Systems and process, answered plainly.

What does a business systems and process consultant do?

Chooses and connects the right technology for your size and stage, designs and documents how work flows through it, and keeps the data clean, so the business runs cleanly and scales without breaking.

Why does this matter for growth?

Because the best marketing and sales still leak revenue when the data is messy, the tools are wrong, or the process lives in one person's head. When the systems run cleanly, growth stops leaking and scales.

Do you have real systems experience?

Yes. I came up through technical and systems roles before marketing, with ITIL and project management training, and I have built business systems including CRM, cloud infrastructure, and HIPAA-compliant setups for real practices.

What is ITIL and why does it matter?

ITIL is a widely used framework for running technology as a reliable, documented service. I am ITIL certified, which is why the systems I build are stable, documented, and handed over cleanly rather than held together by one person's memory.

Does this include marketing operations and RevOps?

Yes. Marketing operations and revenue operations are the same discipline applied to the go-to-market stack: the CRM, the data, and the workflows that connect marketing and sales. I design the process first, then build it cleanly, so reporting is trustworthy and nothing falls between the tools.
